Thias other good bands that sing in German are Rammstein (male fronted, heavy rock) and L'ame Immortelle (male and female duo vocals, gothic, metal with some piano songs).

Oh, yeah, I like Rammstein.
Damn, I also forgot to mention Haggard and Elis (I know I'm missing others bands..)!
